There is a depth of healing available to us that the conscious mind cannot always reach on its own. Holotropic breathwork is a powerful, intentional breathing practice that uses the breath as a tool to access expanded states of awareness - unlocking what has been stored, suppressed or simply waiting to be seen.
It is one of the most profound healing modalities available and has greatly transformed my own life. No prior experience needed.
What to Expect
Each session is 90 minutes and is entirely personalized to you. We move through four stages together:
Instruction — an orientation to the practice so you feel grounded and prepared before we begin
Intention Setting — we get clear on what you are bringing to the session and what you are opening yourself to receive
Active Breath — the heart of the session, where the breath does its work. This is where most people experience the deepest shifts
Integration — perhaps the most important part. We slow down, process what arose and give the experience space to land
