Somatic therapy works differently. It is a body-based therapeutic approach that recognizes the body as an equal partner in healing. Rather than staying in the mind — where the same thoughts, stories and patterns tend to circulate — somatic work invites you into the body, where real and lasting change actually lives.

What's Included
This three session series is designed to be completed within one month and is the ideal starting point for anyone new to somatic work or simply ready to go deeper.
Session 1 — Nervous System Masterclass Before we do anything else, we build a foundation. This educational session gives you a clear understanding of your nervous system — how it works, how it has been shaped by your experiences, and how to begin working with it rather than against it.
Session 2 — 1:1 Holotropic Breathwork Journey A personalized breathwork session designed specifically for you. Holotropic breathwork is a powerful practice that uses the breath to access deeper layers of healing, release what the body has been holding, and open you to new states of awareness and clarity.
Session 3 — 1:1 Somatic Therapy Session A personalized somatic therapy session where we integrate everything — using body-based tools to help you process, heal and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
