Healing that goes deeper than words

Traditional talk therapy has its place. But for many people, talking about what happened only goes so far. The mind can understand something completely and still the body carries it. You may notice this through tension in the body, overall emotional numbness, or in patterns that don't seem to shift no matter how much "work" you do.

Somatic therapy brings the body into the healing process. Rather than working from the mind down, we work with the whole of you: your thoughts, your emotions and the physical sensations and responses that live beneath them. This is where the deeper layers of healing become accessible.

What to Expect

Each session is 60 minutes and looks different every time. There is no rigid formula here. Some sessions are more conversational, others drop more fully into body-based work. We follow what is present for you and let that guide us.

The intention stays consistent - to help you feel safer in your body and more connected to yourself.


Recommended Cadence
